We made this extra large lightweight teardrop pendant and gave it a bright finish. We hammered it to give it a dimpled texture and polished it for a beautiful shine.
It is getting to be almost statement size at about a handwidth long. All the metal in this pendant is 100% solid sterling silver .925, including the jump ring and bail.
This teardrop pendant is almost 2 1/4 inches (59 mm) in length including the bail, and is 1 1/4" (33 mm) wide. Without the bail, the teardrop is almost 2" (48 mm) long. The bail has a 7.5 x 4.5 mm opening.
This listing is for the large pendant ONLY. There is no chain. This is for those of you who already have something to hang this necklace center on.
We made this large teardrop pendant ourselves in our jewelry studio, starting with a blank sheet of sterling and ending up with the teardrop. Although it is fairly lightweight sterling, it is nice and sturdy.
