We at Cloud Cap Jewelry stand behind our work and are committed to making quality jewelry that will last. Still, shopping online is tricky. Sometimes you see a product in a web store and think it's the size of a baseball and it turns out that it's only the size of a dime or vice versa.

With that in mind, we accept returns within 30 days for any reason. Our contact email is packaged with our products. Let us know and we'll make it right!

Your part is this: package the return carefully (original packaging preferred), send it back with a tracking number, and return it within 30 days of sale for a full refund. Email us the tracking number so we'll be on the lookout for your return.

We're not responsible for jewelry returned without a tracking number. Our postal service is amazing, and things rarely get lost. The tracking number is for those unusual times when something does go haywire.
