Shipping policy

We at Cloud Cap Jewelry are an impatient bunch when it comes to getting our online orders, so we imagine that you're eager to get your orders from us, too. For that reason, we aim to ship your order by the next business day. On orders received early in the day, we often ship the same day.

For US orders, we currently offer a flat rate $3.80 shipping fee for First Class Delivery in the US. That means that you only pay one flat $3.80 fee per order no matter how many items you put in your cart. If you would like your order sent by Priority Mail in the US, then you can choose our faster shipping option for $8.75.

For international orders, it costs $16.25 USD to ship to Canada, and $18.50 USD for the rest of the world. International orders can be delayed while waiting for airline cargo space, so I would say that it will take at least 2 weeks for an international parcel to arrive, and very likely longer.
