We made these lightweight silver teardrop earrings from solid hammered sterling silver here in Oregon, USA. These are our large 1 1/2 inch size. They are shiny, comfortable to wear, and add light to your face, and are a classic style of earring.
The widest part of the teardrop is about an 1-1/8 inch (29 mm) and the length of the tear drop is 1-1/2" (40 mm) long. The length of the entire earring is about 2" (5 cm) long.
They are USA artisan made and handcrafted. We have cut them by hand, textured them with a hammer, dapped them to give them a bit of a dome shape, and tumble polished them for shine and strength.
These teardrop earrings are made from 100% real, solid, genuine sterling silver, 925.
These earrings are hung on your choice of sterling silver french hook earwires or sterling silver leverbacks for $3 more. I've included a picture of the leverback ear wires so that you can see what they look like.
