We made these lightweight large (1 1/2 inch) hammered disc earrings. They have a small peephole and are made from hammered solid sterling silver. I think that these have a nice weight for their size, as they're about right to wear comfortably. They're a good, big size and catch the light really well. I think that you'll like them.
We pierced the earrings, textured them with a hammer, gave them a dome shape, and then tumble polished them for shine and strength. The large discs are 1-1/2" in diameter (approx. 38 mm) and the entire earring is 2-1/8" (5.3 cm) long.
These earrings are hung on your choice of sterling silver french hook earwires or sterling silver leverbacks for $3.00 more. I've included a picture of the leverback ear wires so that you can see what they look like.
