We made these lightweight medium sterling silver hammered disc earrings from solid sterling silver, 925. They have a great shine, with light reflecting from hundreds of hammer blows, and they're very attractive earrings.
I have textured them with a hammer, given them a dome shape, and tumble polished them for shine and strength. They're a medium size at approx 25mm in diameter (1") and 1-1/2" (3.8 cm) long. That is about the size of a quarter (please see pics).
These earrings are hung on your choice of sterling silver french hook earwires or you can get sterling silver lever backs for $3 more.
