We made these lightweight, medium sized (1 inch diameter) hammered sterling silver earrings from solid sterling silver discs. They have a great shine and catch the light really well. They're a very attractive, comfortable earring.
These silver earrings are medium sized, so approx 25 mm in diameter (1", a little smaller than an American quarter) and 1-1/2" (3.7 cm) long including the earwires.
We cut the peek a boo hole, and then we hammer textured them, dapped them to give them a concave dome shape and tumble polished them for shine and strength.
These earrings are hung on your choice of sterling silver french hook earwires or sterling silver leverbacks for $3 more. I've included a picture of the leverback ear wires so that you can see what they look like.
