We made these tiny dot flat gold filled earrings from glowing 14K gold-filled hammered discs that are 3/8 inch in diameter. They are teeny tiny!
They are little and lightweight and add just a flash of gold to your ensemble. They are so understated and comfortable, you'll forget that you're wearing them.
14K gold filled metal is a base metal with a 5% coating of gold firmly bonded to the outside. The coating is about 100 times thicker than gold plating, so it can hold up much better than plated items, but it is also much less expensive than solid gold.
These flat discs are approx 10 mm in diameter (3/8"). That is really double extra small. (: The entire earrings are a dainty 5/8" (1.8 cm) long. They're hung directly on gold filled french hook earwires or you can choose gold-filled leverbacks for $9 more.
I have a picture of my domed gold filled earrings so that you can see the differences in size, but the earrings that you buy from this listing will be flat. And did I mention, tiny?
